Intro to Power Flow

We want you to be set up for success for your first yoga class with us! Here are some common questions you may have:

1) What do I need to wear? Anything that’s comfortable and easy to move in. With different positions in mind, we recommend tight-fitting shorts under any loose shorts.

2) What should I bring? If you have a yoga mat, bring one. We do have some mats to borrow but they are fitness mats not meant for yoga so the level of cushion makes balance a bit harder. Don’t forget to bring a water too!

3) Can I participate if I’m a total beginner? Yes! We love introducing classes to new friends. See below for a video to get you ready for our style of yoga.

4) How early do I need to show up? We ask you come at least 5 minutes ahead of class to get settled on your mat. We will not allow anyone to join after class has started. This is out of respect for those who showed up on time and is the safest way to participate.
